Ace of Spades holder opens the first round (must play A♠).
Play clockwise. The leader sets the lead suit.
Follow suit if you can. Highest card of the lead suit wins the round — those cards go out of the game, and the winner leads next.
Can't follow suit? You cut with any card. The player holding the highest lead-suit card so far gets Thulla'd — they pick up the whole pile and lead next.
Empty your hand to get out safely. The last player holding cards is the Bhabhi 🫥.
